CANCELLATION POLICY:
We reserve each appointment time exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, please provide us with at least 2 business days' notice to avoid paying a cancellation fee of $150 per hour for time booked with Dr. Moss, or $100 per hour for time booked with our dental hygienist.
Please note that arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the appointment being considered missed and a corresponding fee being applied.
